She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Colin, a former Stanford football player, she participated on "Rally Committee" at Stanford supporting the famous 1941 Rose Bowl win with Frankie Albert as quarterback. She graduated in 1943 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech and drama to marry her college sweetheart, Colin, who soon joined the World War II effort in the South Pacific later to retire due to wounds as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. A longtime resident of Piedmont, California, "Dody" as she was fondly known, was an active participant in the Piedmont chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Upsilon Chapter Delta Gamma Alumnae Association, Lincoln Child Center, and served as a Cub Scout leader, Camp Fire Girls leader, and president of the parents' clubs at Havens Elementary, Piedmont Middle and Piedmont High School. She is survived by four children: Colin Campbell, Jr. of Sunnyvale, California; Katy Kelley Colbath of Pleasant Hill, California; Karen Ann Kelley of Hines, Oregon; Kevin Dolan Kelley of San Jose, California; a granddaughter whom she helped to raise, Becky Kelley Cusey of Washington, D.C.; a grandson, Dan Kelley Colbath, staff medical member of the Sausalito Fire Department; and randdaughter Kelley Grace "Indy" Colbath, junior at College Park High School in Pleasant Hill, California; and three great-grandchildren: Ethan Lewis Cusey, Ava Grace Cusey and Campbell Donald Cusey. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Oakland at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 13th. Interment to be announced at Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, D.C.
