James Knipple Corporal, United States Marine Corps
He was killed-in-action in the terrorist bombing of the Marine Barracks at Beirut, Lebanon, on October 23, 1983. He was returned to the United States for burial in Arlington National Cemetery.   Updated: 1 December 2004  Updated: 17 September 2005
