COOPER, JULIAN T. COOPER,  of Springdale, Maryland, on September 11, 2001, at the Pentagon. Loving husband of Melinda Cooper; son of Rose Marie and the late Walter Cooper; brother of Marie Dory, Darlene (Craig) Canady and Phillip Cooper. Also survived by grandmother, Katie Crawford; father-in-law Oscar Washington, many other relatives and friends. 

Memorial service, 9 a.m. Saturday, October 13, at Hughes Memorial United Methodist Church, 53rd and Ames St., N.E. Entombment 11 a.m. Arlington National Cemetery.

  Julian Cooper was a Navy contractor.
