son of Vice Admiral John Duncan Bulkeley, he
was born on July 20, 1945.
Thankfully, Captain Bulkeley is alive as of
December 1999, but sadly his young son, Peter Tare Bulkeley, March 22,
1979-September 11, 1981, died too soon and lies buried with his grandfather
in the family plot in Section 5 of Arlington National Cemetery.
