Robert Edward Pascoe, was born on 17 April 1943, the son of Raymond F. and Pauline Pascoe.  He graduated from the Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia, and was a member of the Arlington Volunteer Rescue Squad.

He worked at the Army Map Service for three years before enlisting in the United States Air Force in 1964.  He was stationed with the Strategic Air Command at Loring Air Force Base in Maine.  He was stationed with the 633rd Security Police Squadron at Pleike Air Base, where he was killed in an explosion while working in the armory and checking incoming weapons to be stored.  He was survived by his parents and by his wife, Joyce, of Preqque Isle, Maine.
